This committee shall study and recommend policies relating to club-sponsored programs and events, as well as policies governing the use of facilities for members and non-members or organizations outside the club. It shall make recommendations regarding capital expenditure on repairs and replacement of items in

and on the physical plant. It shall also make recommendations regarding food and beverages. This committee shall advise on the content of the House Rules, which govern matters of behavior, dress, and decorum in and around the clubhouse. It is also charged with creating social events at the club, which generally center on food, beverages, and entertainment. The committee is encouraged to sponsor a mix of

events that cater to the varying demographics of the club.
