This committee assists the Board in dealing with the investigation of member conduct and complaints against members, which could lead to reprimand, discipline, suspension, or expulsion of the member for cause in accordance with Article V, Section 11. It shall also provide recommendations to the Board as to the appropriate penalty for any such conduct or complaint. The committee shall seek ways to streamline the process for reviewing and investigating complaints and to address and resolve disciplinary matters without the need for a hearing before the Directors.
