This committee provides input to the GM, Project Manager, Architect, and Design Team on the options considered for the design and updates of the clubhouse and other projects assigned to the committee. It shall (1) ensure that any budget variances, change orders, and other matters pertaining to the approved budget are reviewed and reported back to the Board as necessary; (2) advise on any communications related to these plans; and (3) serve as ambassadors for the projects.
